Within the majority of commercial leases are provisions for the rent to be reviewed at regular fixed intervals.

In the first instance we would inspect the premises as well as review any relevant documentation and provide a formal opinion of value with supporting comparable evidence.

If you cannot reach agreement with the other side using this report then we will happily act on your behalf until the negotiations have been concluded and the rent review memorandum signed.

Lease Renewals

When a commercial lease is coming up to expiry then there are certain procedures that need to be followed if the lease is to be renewed. We can advise you as a Tenant or Landlord as to what needs to be done as well as liaising with your solicitor throughout.

A formal opinion of value will be provided with supporting comparable evidence and we will assist you with negotiations until the matter has been agreed and a new lease completed.
