An increasing amount of our work is acquiring properties and sites for retained clients. Often, we manage to secure properties that are “off market” and we manage to identify them prior to them becoming publicly available.
As some of our acquistion instructions for large companies and PLC's are commercially sensitive and confidential, we are bound by Non Disclosure Agreements not to be seen to advertise them.
